Who We Are

Crossland Acquisition, Inc. has been providing clients with a broad range of right of way acquisition services since 1996. Incorporated as a Texas company, Crossland works almost exclusively in the State of Texas, with offices and experienced personnel in Houston, Austin, Dallas, and Waco.

Crossland is registered with the Texas Real Estate Commission and has licensed brokers, salespersons and two licensed attorneys on staff. We also have supervisors and project managers who are former employees of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and county governments.

Our right of way team brings over 200 years of expertise to projects in the areas of highways, pipelines, utilities, and telecommunications. In fact, our staff participated in updating and rewriting the TxDOT Right of Way Manual.

We have a solid reputation and track record of accomplishments. This helps us attract the most capable people in the industry and allows us to be of service to clients with all types of acquisition needs, including very complex and highly challenging projects. We are consistently working on large metropolitan projects in the State, some of which are among the largest in the country.

Crossland understands all facets of the right of way acquisition process and the role they play in your projects. We maintain a network of highly-qualified contractors that enable us to effectively coordinate appraisal, surveying, land planning, public relations and related services.
