Ken Harrison

Ken Harrison, President - has over 25 years of experience in land acquisition activities. He is extremely knowledgeable of all facets of right of way acquisition, real estate and management programs. Prior to starting Crossland Acquisition, Mr. Harrison worked as a petroleum landman on behalf of major and minor oil & gas exploration firms. He is a registered Right of Way Agent with the Texas Real Estate Commission, holds a Texas Real Estate Broker license, and is a member of Vistage International, the International Right of Way Association (IRWA), the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and the Texas Municipal League. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Liberal Arts from Louisiana State University.

Jim Henry

Jim Henry, Vice President - served as the Deputy Director of the Right of Way Division for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for six of his ten years with the department. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas and has over 30 years of experience in real estate, title insurance, and right of way acquisition. During his tenure with the State, he also acted as the Right of Way Division's liaison with the Attorney General's Office on condemnation matters. Prior to his service with TxDOT, Mr. Henry worked in the title insurance industry and was in private practice with a real estate law firm. Mr. Henry has a BBA from Baylor University and a JD from Baylor University School of Law.
