IRWA's
Top Projects
March 2009, Texas
In celebration of its 75th Anniversary,
the International Right of Way Association (IRWA)
has recognized its top 10 North American infrastructure
projects and the people who made them a reality.
These projects were chosen from over 130 projects
nominated by IRWA members in the United States and
throughout North America. Two of the top 10 projects
came from the State of Texas within the past 5 years.
Those projects are the Austin Clean Water Program,
scheduled for completion in mid-2009 and the I-10
Katy Freeway Expansion which was completed in 2008.
Crossland is proud to have
been the primary right of way consultant
on the Austin Clean Water
Program project and the lead
consultant on title closings and eminent domain
services on the acquisition team for
the I-10 Katy Freeway project.
This underscores our ability to take on some of
the most complex and high profile projects in the
country and bring them to a successful conclusion.
