With over 200 years of ROW "know-how" from various backgrounds, our team of industry professionals includes two licensed attorneys, three former executives, one project manager, and two supervisors from the Texas Department of Transportation and various city and county agencies throughout Texas.

The International Right of Way Association (IRWA) provides a professional organization that keeps us educated and abreast of the latest changes in the right of way industry and allows us to interact with our peers and share best practices. This keeps our employees' skills honed on the business of right of way.

Committed to Lifelong Learning

Vistage International, a professional CEO educational organization, provides training for our executive officers and their key employees to be more effective leaders in their businesses regardless of their chosen professions. A primary benefit of our membership is their sponsorship of a monthly day-long meeting designed to educate key employees on how to work "on the project or business" and to support the CEO or client.
