For each project, Crossland Acquisition utilizes a
team approach and draws on resources and expertise throughout
our organization. |

Initially, we review a project in the field to
assess what types of issues are involved. This enables
us to prepare in advance and to schedule the project's
activities - beginning with the end in mind. |

We establish a realistic schedule because we know what
to expect. We then meet with our client to advise them
of our solutions to dealing with the anticipated problems
quickly and effectively. We then tailor our processes
and timelines to successfully integrate into the client's
schedule, budget and public policy concerns. Then we stick
to the schedule. |

|
We keep our clients informed with a sophisticated reporting
system and by personal meetings. We keep our lines of communication
open with the client and with the landowner throughout
the entire acquisition process, including eminent domain.
This ensures that we miss no opportunity to agree on the
acquisition of a parcel, even at the last minute on the
courthouse steps. |

At the end of a project, we are available
for any of the unexpected issues that may arise. Our motto
is "We stick around when our competition leaves
town." |
